Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Delivery options

Flat rate shipping is $8. Local pickup is free. Digital downloads have no delivery charge.

Returns

Goods may be returned only in the same condition as received, including all instructions, documents and wrappings. Items that are damaged, worn beyond opening the original packaging, or unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are not refundable. Where a return is accepted, we reimburse within 14 days of receiving the goods, by the same payment method.

Digital downloads

Your files are ready as soon as payment goes through. Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout and open My purchases to download them.
