Who runs this website

Moonstaff AI LLC builds, hosts and operates this website and online shop for us. It handles the information described here only to run the site for us. It does not sell it and does not use it to market its own services.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly through this site:

• Contact and field trip request forms: your name, email address, phone number and message. A field trip request also asks for your school name, your role, the grades and approximate number of students, and your preferred dates.
• Shop orders: your email address, your name, shipping and billing address and phone number, what you ordered and what you paid.
• Signing in: your email address. We email you a one-time sign-in code; there are no passwords.
• Booking a call: if you book a call through our scheduling calendar, Cal.com collects your name, email address, phone number and your answers to its questions, and passes them to us.
• Paying: your card details go straight to Stripe in its payment form. We never see or store them.

Our servers also record limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and to stop abuse such as form spam.

Cookies. This site itself uses only the cookies it needs to run: your session when you sign in, your cart, your locale, and an anonymous cache ID that expires after a day. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Services that load in your browser. Two outside services load directly in your browser on some pages:

• Cal.com, our booking calendar, loads when you reach the field trip booking section.
• Stripe, our payment processor, loads its payment form at checkout.

When they load, each of them may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Our programs serve students in grades K–5, but this website is directed at teachers, administrators, and parents or guardians — not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

This site does not collect information about students or any other child. Our forms ask about your school and your class, such as grades and an approximate number of students, never a student's name or details. Accounts, orders and enquiries are for adults only, and participation waivers are not collected through this site.

If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us at 954.367.5305 and we will delete it.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver visits and virtual tours, process and deliver your orders, send your order confirmations and sign-in codes, and send information related to a booking you requested. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver our programs, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Third parties we rely on include Stripe for payment processing (we never store or collect your payment card details — those go directly to Stripe), Moonstaff AI LLC, which runs this site on Amazon Web Services in the United States, an email delivery provider (Resend) for order confirmations, sign-in codes and booking correspondence, and Cal.com for our booking calendar. Cal.com and Stripe also load directly in your browser, as described above. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Photography and media

We sometimes photograph or record visits for educational and promotional use. Parents and guardians who do not want their student photographed can tell their school, or call us at 954.367.5305. Schools may request removal of any specific image at any time.

Data retention and security

We keep order, enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and for our record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. Sign-in codes work once and expire after 10 minutes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by calling 954.367.5305.
