The terms that apply when you use this site, buy from our online shop or book a program with Intergalactic Adventures LLC.

Acceptance

These terms govern use of this website and operate between you and Intergalactic Adventures LLC, 2315 John P Lyons Lane, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. By using this website, placing an order or booking a program, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

This website is built and operated for us by Moonstaff AI LLC. Your agreement is with Intergalactic Adventures LLC.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged your requested date in writing. Prices shown on the pricing page apply to standard programs; on-campus mobile museum visits are quoted individually based on group size and schedule.

Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Purchase orders from schools and districts are accepted.

Online shop orders

Orders in our online shop are paid by card through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. Prices are in US dollars, and we ship within the United States only. Delivery, pickup and returns are covered in our Shipping and returns policy.

You do not need an account to buy. To see past orders and downloads, you sign in with a one-time code we email to you. Accounts are for adults only.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a date. We will always try to reschedule rather than cancel. Visits may be postponed for severe weather or unsafe site conditions at no penalty.

Site requirements and safety

The host site is responsible for providing a flat, paved area suitable for parking the trailer and deploying the entry ramp, plus access to power. School staff remain responsible for student supervision and discipline during a visit. Participants must follow instructions from IA staff at all times.

Waivers

A completed participation waiver is required for each student before taking part in an activity.

Virtual tour access

Virtual tour access is licensed to the purchasing classroom or grade level for the stated access period. Access links, cheat sheets, quizzes and certificates are for educational use by that group and may not be redistributed publicly.

Intellectual property

All curriculum content, exhibit designs, branding and site content are the property of Intergalactic Adventures. Teachers may reproduce provided classroom materials for their own students.

Merchandise

Merchandise is sold in our online shop, and inside the mobile unit on the field trip date, subject to availability. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing and to refuse or cancel an order where fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

Goods may be returned only in the same condition as received, including all instructions, documents and wrappings. Items that are damaged, worn beyond opening the original packaging, or unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are not refundable. Where a return is accepted, we reimburse within 14 days of receiving the goods, by the same payment method.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from a program, an order or from use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the program or order in question.
